Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation:

 

   - All bookings must be made exclusively through our website. We do not accept bookings through any other medium.

   - To secure your reservation, a booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the complete payment amount as specified for your chosen package. Partial payments or reservations without payment will not be considered as confirmed bookings.

   - It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made in a timely manner to avoid the risk of losing your preferred time slot or package availability.

 

Refunds and Cancellations:

 

   - Once the booking is confirmed and the payment is received, the booking amount becomes non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.

   - We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your package details, dates, and other pertinent information before making a payment to avoid any inconvenience or disappointment later.

   - In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please note that no refunds will be provided for any reason. This includes but is not limited to changes in your schedule, personal circumstances, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

   - By confirming your booking and making the payment, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

 

Security Deposit:

 

   - As part of our booking requirements, a security deposit is mandatory for all customers.

   - The security deposit must be paid in cash and is separate from the package price.

   - The purpose of the security deposit is to cover any potential damages or additional charges incurred during the shoot.

   - The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to the completion of the shoot and no damages or outstanding charges being incurred.

   - It is important to note that any damages caused by you or your team may result in a deduction from the security deposit or additional charges, as determined by our team.

 

Rescheduling:

 

   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule your booking.

   - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled shoot.

   - We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability.

   - However, please note that rescheduling is subject to our discretion and availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of alternative dates or time slots.

   - Failure to provide the required notice or repeated rescheduling requests may result in the forfeiture of your booking and payment.

 

Group Size:

 

   - Our packages are designed to accommodate a specific number of participants and equipment.

   - If your team or group exceeds the permissible limit stated for your chosen package, you must inform us in advance.

   - Failure to inform us about the increased group size may result in limitations or additional charges.

 

Couple/Maternity Packages:

 

   - Our Couple/Maternity packages are exclusively intended for a single couple shoot. They are not designed or priced for multiple couples.

   - If you wish to include an extra couple in the shoot, you will be required to pay an additional 100% of the package amount.

   - This additional charge helps us allocate resources and provide a satisfactory experience for all participants.

 

Shoot Participants:

 

   - For Couple/Maternity shoots, only the couple involved in the shoot is permitted to participate. No family members, friends, or companions are allowed to be a part of the shoot.

   - It is important to respect this policy to ensure the privacy and focus required for the shoot.

   - Any violations of this policy will result in an additional charge of INR 5000 to accommodate the presence of unauthorized individuals.

 

Additional People:

 

   - The total number of individuals accompanying you to the shoot will be accounted for, including drivers, helpers, photographers, couple, family, and friends.

   - If the total count of people exceeds the permissible number stated for your chosen package, an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per person will be applicable.

   - This additional charge helps us manage the logistics and resources required to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
